The Property Nanny can meet with you to discuss the services you require to ensure that your second home or holiday let will be well looked after.
An example of our costs are:-
|Key Holding||£120.00 per year - this can be paid as one off amount or added to your account on a monthly basis|
|Security||£15.00 per visit - as per your instructions and based on our experience|
|Call-outs & emergency call-outs||£16.00 - If the call-out falls between 8am & 8pm
£26.00 - If the call-out falls between 8pm & 8am
|Concierge Service||To meet and greet your guests, friends and family, the charge for this would be the same as a call-out|
|Housekeeping||£16.00 per hour - We would recommend 2 hours every fortnight. This is based on working in a small 2 bedroomed unoccupied property, if you require a mid stay clean and linen change this cost would be £12.00 per hour.|
|Routine maintenance||£16.00 per hour - this would be grass cutting, hedge trimming and the day to day upkeep of your property, as required by you.|
|Sub contractors||With your agreement we can arrange sub-contractors at their normal rate plus 15% to cover all supervision, access and clearing before and after visits. Any sub-contractor used would be local and personally known to us.|
